These terms and conditions apply to all orders for delivery to Worldwide. Placing an order constitutes your acceptance thereof. Dispatch of the products by us constitutes acceptance of the order by us and the commencement of our contract to supply. Your contract for supply is with Seeds Gallery. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms.
Important notice for buyers from Brazil and Mexico:
- If you please order in our store you agree that if your customs destroy the package or your package gets lost you lose the Right to the refund.
- If your package comes back to us for any reason you have the right to get a refund, but not for postage and you have to pay it both ways. The return postage is 2 Euro.
- If you place an order you agree with these terms and conditions.

Seeds Gallery is committed to supplying high quality products to recreational gardeners and households for personal use and not for resale. In accordance with the established custom of the trade, Seeds Gallery will in no case be liable for more than the actual amount paid for a particular item.
We will endeavor only to offer products which we expect to have in stock and available for ordering, but all items are subject to availability. Varieties that become unavailable will not be selectable on our website. Should a specific variety not be available at the time of dispatch, or if items are of unsuitable quality to send, we undertake to supply a variety of similar color and habit, and of an equal or greater value or send the item when available. This excludes fragrance products. If we are unable to supply your chosen fragrance we will contact you for further instructions. If no suitable substitutes are available, we will send a credit. Should you for any reason (including being unhappy with product substitutions) wish to receive a refund, you must return the product immediately.
The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receipt. If you wish to cancel an order please contact our Customer Care department within 7 working days after receipt. You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession and they must be returned to us, promptly, at your cost. We can arrange collection of larger items, but you will be charged for this service at cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order.
All our seeds are first tested on germination. If the test rate is under 60% these seeds are not sold. Only seeds with a germination rate over 60% are sold in our online store.
We can assure you that all our seeds are fresh - if any of them are unsold during the season, they come back to the breeder, and in new season we supply our shop with the fresh seeds.
Seeds is a live product, which depends on many important grower skills such as proper planting time, seed depth, type of soil, watering, and light intensity, proper use of fertilizers, weed controls, fungicides, insecticides, soil conditions, and reasonable weather during the growing period. These factors are totally out of the seller's control, and germination and growing results are the buyer's responsibility and risk. The seller cannot be responsible for buyers growing methods or mistakes.
Please note that when we offer FREE vouchers to the value specified, either in catalogues, in your order confirmation, or within your delivery of goods, each voucher will be a promotional voucher. Only one promotional voucher can be redeemed per order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers, although we reserve the right to allow use of promotional vouchers with specific other promotional offers should we wish to do so.
Prices reflect the latest prices for all products. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time. All prices include VAT, if applicable.
If, in error, a product(s) has been priced inaccurately, either at unit level or through the activation of a promotion, we will not be liable to supply that item(s) to you at the inaccurate price. In such circumstances, we will notify you of the correct price and ask you to confirm or decline your order for the item(s) in question.
Where SAVE * is shown, please note that savings are based on the equivalent of multiples of the cheapest pack size.
New and Exclusive
Where an item is defined as 'New' it is new to our range. Where an item is defined as 'Exclusive' it means that this item is believed to only be available in this form from us and our associated brands.
All rights, including copyright, in the content of our catalogues and web pages are owned or controlled by us. In accessing our web pages, you agree that you may only download the content for your own individual and non-commercial use. You are not permitted to copy, broadcast, download, store (in any medium) transmit, show or play in public, adapt or change in any way the content of our web pages for any other purpose without our prior written permission.
Third Party Information
We cannot be held responsible for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for our products are those stated within our catalogues and website. We will not be bound to prices quoted by shopping directories or other media.

We promise to supply products in prime condition. If for any reason you are not 100% delighted upon receipt of your order, please advise us by email within 7 days and we will offer a replacement (subject to availability), or credit, or refund the purchase price. Please note that any manufactured goods (e.g. gardening sundries) must be returned if you require a refund. It would be helpful if photographic evidence is provided when requesting a refund or replacement.
Please advise us promptly as this allows a replacement to be sent (subject to availability) and to ensure you still have time to achieve total satisfaction from your purchases. If your plants show no signs of healthy growth after potting or planting, providing you followed exactly the instructions supplied, we will replace, credit or refund the purchase price if you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your seed germination, please notify us within 14 days of the prescribed germination time (specified on the seed packet, catalogue or online product page) enclosing both the outer packet and inner foil sachet.
We cannot accept responsibility for items that fail to grow due to extreme weather conditions, over or under-watering, or which have not been cared for according to the easy-to-follow instructions supplied.
Please note that by submitting a review you agree to us owning the rights to publish your review in any marketing / promotional material at our sole discretion.
Images and Video
Any images or video materials submitted through any digital channels will become, by default, the copyright of Seeds Gallery and its Group of companies. We may use your image for the foreseeable future in any marketing literature either online or in paper format.
